Northamptonshire Community Foundation hero of the week: Saints Community Trust funding boost helps support vulnerable residents

Saints (Brackley) Community Trust supports people across Brackley and the surrounding area by tackling social isolation and improving wellbeing through sport, recreation and community activities. The charity works with people of all ages, including older residents and those facing additional challenges due to disability, ill health or social and economic circumstances.
